1. My credit card was declined when placing an order online. Why do I still see a charge reflected on my bank or credit card account?

If the billing address, zip code, or card verification code you entered does not match what your bank or Credit Card Company has on file, your card will be declined. A pre-authorization hold, card authorization, pre-authorization is a normal process in the banking industry when authorizing electronic transactions made with a debit or credit card, holding this balance as unavailable either until the merchant clears, settles the transaction or the hold "drop's off". On debit cards, authorization holds can drop off the account within 1-5 business days after the transaction date depending on the policy of your bank; in the case of credit cards, holds can last up to 30 days, depending on the issuing bank. After the pre-authorization is sent to the bank or Credit Card Company, the will inform us of any items that do not match (i.e. billing address, zip code, or verification code). For security reasons, if any card number comes back with any mismatched information, we will not process the order and your card will be declined. A pre-authorization will be reflected on your statement, but this is not an actual charge and will come off your account. 2. Why did I get double charged on my credit card?

3. Can I return something purchased at www.MyMangoMobile.com?

All wireless phones, devices and accessories can be returned for an exchange or a refund. If you are not satisfied with your wireless phone or any wireless accessory, www.MyMangoMobile.com offers a 14-Day Warranty only on any phone, device or accessory you purchased through the website. This offer is not applicable to airtime, PIN/card purchases under any circumstances. Account balances are not refundable, transferable, or redeemable for cash or credit. You must return the items, with the original receipt, in the original condition it was sent to you, along with all the packaging and parts intact. Any damage or excessive wear will result in rejection of your refund request. Phones, device and/or accessories purchased in a retail location are subject to the return policy of the place of purchase. Please allow 4 (four) weeks from the date of your return shipment to Red Pocket's Mango plans for processing. It is your responsibility to provide accurate information for us to process your return. If there is a defect with the airtime card included with the phone or with the airtime minutes you have purchased, please contact Customer Service. Airtime purchased online will NOT be accepted for refunds under any circumstances.

**You MUST call and get an RMA number prior to sending in the return. Shipping address will be provided once RMA is issued. NOTE: Any damage or excessive wear will result in rejection of your refund request. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks from the date of your return shipment to Red Pocket's Mango plans for processing. It is your responsibility to provide accurate information for us to process your return. Airtime purchased online will NOT be accepted for refunds under any circumstances.
